It’s one thing to be fit, but another to be truly strong. Strongman training builds the kind of raw functional strength that is nearly impossible to achieve with traditional weight training. So instead of weights and cables, think prowlers, farmer’s walks, ropes, tires, logs, hammers and super yokes. Strongman camp is no place for beginners or the faint of heart. But if you want to take your training to superhuman levels, we dare you to sign up.

Always wanted to punch your boss and get away with it? Then white-collar boxing is just the thing for you. Train like a professional with your colleagues or friends, regardless of your skill level or athletic capabilities. Combining multiple boxing techniques with strength and conditioning drills, we’ll have you striking, blocking, weaving and bobbing like Ali in no time.

Most people have never really stretched before. You probably bend your legs backwards to strain your quads or kick them up on a bench before going for a run. But proper stretching isn’t just for warming up. It’s a serious workout on its own. When we talk about stretching, we’re talking about actively working your muscles and joints to increase your range of motion and flexibility. It may hurt a little, but your body will thank you later.

Originally developed as a martial art, Tai Chi was quickly recognized to have many benefits for body and spirit. Acupuncture treats patients by manipulating thin, solid needles that have been inserted into acupuncture points in the skin. According to traditional Chinese medicine, stimulating these points corrects imbalances in the flow of qi (energy) through channels known as meridians. Acupuncture is known to relieve pain, increase fertility, treat rheumatoid arthritis and reduce nausea after chemotherapy.

Dry needling treats myofascial pain generated by trigger points deep within the muscle tissue. Studies show that about 30% of pain injuries are caused by these trigger points. But dry needling can do more than just resolving myofascial pain. One of the most common applications is the mobilisation of joints - especially in the spine - by needling the motor points of the muscles that fingers just can’t reach.
